Sezanji Hundeyin - BL, LLM, ACTI, MCGP
Lead Counsel
Sezanji Hundeyin is a seasoned legal practitioner with experience in both litigation as well as commercial law. He attended Lagos State University, where he graduated with honours in Law and also holds a Master’s degree in Maritime and Commercial Law. His professional training started with Dr. Tunji Abayomi & Co. after which he worked at Kayode Enitan (SAN) and Associates. After a stint at Kayode Enitan (SAN) and Associates, he worked with Segun & Segun and subsequently had a stint at Firstpeak Consulting as Legal Adviser/Company Secretary, before floating Resurgence Legal Practice as the Lead Counsel. He has handled numerous cases on Commercial, Taxation, Maritime, Aviation. Sezanji is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Adebambo M. Abiru - LLB, BL, MBA

Barr. Adebambo M. Abiru is an accomplished corporate professional with over 12 years of in-depth experience in Compliance, Governance, and Business Strategy. His career is distinguished by a strategic approach to business planning, retail sales, and data analytics, establishing him as a key player in enterprise solution development and customer-centric strategies.
Throughout his career, Adebambo has held senior managerial roles in leading organizations such as Airtel Nigeria Limited and Etisalat Nigeria, where he was instrumental in driving key business outcomes. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University, complemented by his legal training at the Nigerian Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Lagos State University.
Idris Adebayo Jibril, ACTI, ACA, ACFE

Idris Adebayo Jibril is an accomplished tax professional with a distinguished career marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, integrity, and innovation. As the Head of Tax at Resurgence Legal Practice, Idris brings a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and a proven track record of delivering results that exceed expectations.
Idris is a graduate of the prestigious University of Lagos, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance. He further honed his expertise by obtaining a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations, also from the University of Lagos, equipping him with a profound understanding of both financial systems and workforce dynamics.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Idris holds multiple esteemed professional qualifications. He is an active financial member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a testament to his deep knowledge and commitment to the field of taxation. He is also a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), where his expertise in accounting and financial management is recognized and respected. Additionally, Idris is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), underscoring his capability in safeguarding organizations against financial malfeasance.

Mr. Eniola Adigun - MBA, FCA, FCTI
Amicus Curiae
Eniola is a graduate of Accountancy with a Masters degree in Business Administration (marketing). A seasoned Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Prior to establishing Firstpeak Consulting, his working experience cuts across the Directorate of Social Mobilization (MAMSER) Lagos State as an Accountant between 1988 and 1989 after which he veered into banking in January 1990. He worked for 15 years in the banking industry. His 15-year career in the banking industry started with Chartered Bank Ltd and cuts across other banks which include Hallmark Bank and Magnum Trust Bank (now Sterling Bank Plc).
He left Sterling Bank as a Senior Manager in December 2005 before joining Lagos State Internal Revenue Service in January 2006 as an Assistant Director. He served in the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) for about 10 years until he left in September 2015 as a Director.

Rihanat Akande

Rihanat Akande is a skilled linguist known for her ability to deliver outstanding results in language strategy and communication enhancement. Rihanat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from Al-Hikmah University.
